Terms and Conditions of the Green Room Card

Eligibility: The Green Room Card can only be used by the registered cardholder.

Usage: Not valid for use on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. No discount on split bills.

Age Requirement: Available to customers aged 18 and over for the purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Discount Offer: Cardholders will receive a 10% discount on the total food and beverage bill.

In-Restaurant Use Only: The discount is valid only for dining in at Green Room restaurants. It cannot be used for takeout or delivery orders.

Card Presentation: The Green Room Card must be presented before payment to redeem the discount.

No Combinations: The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, discounts, or hosted events. ie KomVibes, New Years Eve etc.

Immediate Payment Only: The discount applies to immediate payment of your bill and is not valid for tabbed orders.

Card Expiry: The card is valid until the expiration date printed on it.

Renewal: The Green Room Card must be renewed after it expires to continue receiving the discount.

Revocation Rights: The restaurant reserves the right to revoke the card for abusive, fraudulent, or improper use.

Lost or Stolen Cards: The restaurant is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Replacement cards may be issued at management’s discretion.

Modification of Terms: The restaurant reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
